Over the Garden Wall is a 2014 Cartoon Network animated miniseries created by Patrick McHale, following brothers Wirt and Greg through a mysterious forest called the Unknown. Fred is a talking horse they encounter along the way, voiced by Fred Stoller, whose dry delivery made several of his lines popular as isolated clips online. Fans cut short moments like this one for soundboards and edits, and its plain admission of wanting to steal spread as a reusable reaction detached from the episode's original context.

Short voice clip of Fred the Horse saying I wanna steal from Over the Garden Wall, used as a funny reaction for sneaky plans and cartoon heists.
This short clip captures Fred the Horse from Over the Garden Wall plainly announcing that he wants to steal, delivered in a calm, matter of fact tone that makes the confession funnier. The line lasts just over a second, with no build up and no apology, which gives it a blunt punchline feel. That contrast between a serious theft admission and a cheerful cartoon voice is why it lands so well out of context. Dropped into a video, it instantly turns an ordinary grab, swipe or sneaky move into a deliberate little heist.
