The sound comes from the Mr Incredible Becoming Uncanny meme based on Bob Parr from Pixar's The Incredibles from 2004. In 2021 edited images showing his face growing more distorted across phases spread on Reddit, YouTube and TikTok, usually paired with tense, deteriorating audio. Phase 1 represents the mildest level, where he still looks mostly normal but something feels off. The format became a popular way to rank how disturbing topics, characters or situations become over time.
O tym dźwięku
Mr Incredible Uncanny 1 is the unsettling meme sound from The Incredibles transformation trend, used for creepy reveals and disturbing comparisons.
This clip captures the first stage of the Mr Incredible uncanny transformation, where Bob Parr's familiar face begins to look slightly off and unsettling. The sound is low, tense and distorted, matching the shift from normal to creepy without going fully extreme. It works because the change is subtle, creating a feeling that something is wrong before the viewer fully understands why. Creators use that uneasy pause to build dread, signal a bad turn, or make an ordinary moment feel haunted and wrong in a funny way.
