Old Gregg is a half-man half-fish recluse from the BBC Three comedy The Mighty Boosh, played by Noel Fielding in the 2006 episode 'The Legend of Old Gregg', where he lures Howard Moon into his cave. The fuzzy little man peach line became one of the show's most quoted moments, circulating on forums and early YouTube compilations before landing on modern soundboards. Its survival comes down to sheer quotability: a two-second gross-out flirt line that works as a reaction to anything creepy, thirsty or absurdly overconfident online.

Old Gregg's 'fuzzy little man peach' line from The Mighty Boosh. The creepy sea shanty cult quote fans play when a flirt attempt goes horribly, horribly wrong.
Old Gregg is the crazed, half-man half-fish hermit from The Mighty Boosh, and this two-second clip captures his most quoted come-on: his boast about his fuzzy little man peach. Noel Fielding delivers it in a wheedling, waterlogged whine that is equal parts seductive and revolting, and the absurdity of the line is the whole joke. It lands like a creepy pickup line from a creature that lives in a cave with a sea shanty for a theme song, which is exactly why fans kept replaying it. Hearing it instantly conjures the glow-in-the-dark grotto, the dead-eyed stare and the infamous bait joke.
