Malphite is a tank champion in League of Legends, Riot Games' multiplayer online battle arena game released in 2009. Known as the Shard of the Monolith, the living rock giant is famous for his unstoppable charge and ground slam ultimate, Unstoppable Force. His deep voice lines are clipped constantly by players, and Stay down spread through highlight reels, streams and soundboards as a short taunt for opponents who have just been knocked down. Its popularity endures because the line sums up Malphite's whole identity in two words.
O tym dźwięku
Malphite shouting Stay down from League of Legends, a deep rocky voice line used in gaming edits for knockdowns, wins and final blows online.
This is Malphite, the massive stone shard from League of Legends, delivering his commanding Stay down line in a deep, gravelly roar. The voice is heavy and resonant, like rock grinding on rock, with a short, forceful delivery that lands like a slam. At just three seconds it feels final and immovable, turning a simple command into a declaration that the fight is over. Creators use that weight to punctuate a character being flattened, outplayed or told to stay on the ground, and the blunt tone makes the moment instantly funny and dominant.
