The Femur Breaker comes from SCP Containment Breach, the indie horror game based on the SCP Foundation stories. In the game the device is used to lure SCP-106 by breaking a subject's femur and broadcasting the screams, pairing the injury with a bone crack before the cries begin. The full audio became infamous among SCP fans for its brutality, and shorter cuts later spread to soundboards and meme edits. The second scream was shared separately because it works alone as a loud, shocking reaction without the longer build up.

The second scream from the Femur Breaker audio in SCP Containment Breach, a very loud yell used for horror edits, jumpscares and dark meme videos.
This clip isolates the second scream from the Femur Breaker audio, a short and extremely loud cry that cuts in without warning. It starts at full intensity rather than building, with a raw, strained human voice that sounds panicked and in severe pain. There is almost no context or background noise to soften it, so the scream feels confronting and hard to ignore. In a video it instantly shifts the tone from calm or funny to shocked and uneasy, which is why creators use it as a sudden punchline, a fake injury reaction, or a brief jumpscare moment.
