GMA is a major Philippine television network, broadcasting as channel 7 in Metro Manila and known to viewers as the Kapuso network. Its on air logo sequences have changed over the years, but the short musical sting remains the part audiences remember and search for as an intro sound online. Clips of old broadcasts, live streams and fan uploads helped circulate this version beyond television, and editors now reuse it whenever they want a clip to feel like an authentic GMA programme opening rather than a generic intro.

The GMA 7 logo sound effect is the short station ident sting from the Philippine television network channel, used for TV intros, edits and nostalgic clips.
This is the brief audio sting that plays over the GMA 7 logo animation, a bright synthesized flourish that rises and resolves in just a few seconds. It has the polished, upbeat feel of a classic television station ident, with a clean melodic hit designed to be instantly recognisable before a programme begins. Hearing it immediately signals a broadcast starting, which is why it feels nostalgic for viewers who grew up watching the channel. Editors use that instant recognition to frame clips like a real TV opening or to add a familiar broadcast touch.
