Herbert is a recurring character in the animated series Family Guy, created by Seth MacFarlane, known as the Griffins' elderly neighbour in Quahog with an unsettling interest in young men. His soft-spoken, creepy persona made him a frequent target for out-of-context clips, reaction memes and short-form edits long after his early appearances. As Family Guy clips spread on social media and meme soundboards, Herbert's voice became shorthand for awkward, predatory humour, and numbered soundboard versions like this one are shared by fans who want a quick, instantly recognisable gag.

Herbert the Pervert's creepy voice line from Family Guy, used in memes and edits for awkward, unsettling moments with the elderly neighbor character.
This short clip features Herbert, the elderly neighbour from Family Guy, speaking in his distinctive slow, soft and unsettlingly sweet voice. His delivery is deliberately creepy, with a gentle, almost whispering tone that makes an ordinary line feel awkward and uncomfortable. Listeners instantly recognise the character from his appearance and mannerisms, even without seeing him on screen. The humour comes from that contrast between his harmless old-man sound and the sinister implication behind it, which is why editors use it to make a scene feel suddenly strange, predatory or hilariously inappropriate in just a few seconds.
