The clip circulates online under the title C'est arrivé près de chez vous, the 1992 Belgian mockumentary known in English as Man Bites Dog. Its four repeated French lines became easy to lift as a standalone sound because the wording is simple, rhythmic and instantly recognisable even out of context. Shared on French soundboards and in short meme edits, it survives as a gross out shorthand, dropped whenever a conversation turns to toilets, illness or shameless oversharing, with the repetition doing most of the comic work.
