The clip comes from Legends of League, a Brazilian League of Legends fan channel active on Facebook and YouTube, and is associated with Kami, the well known Brazilian player and streamer. His exaggerated UUOOOWWW shout became a shareable reaction among Portuguese speaking fans, who cut the moment into a standalone sound for soundboards and edits. It survives because it needs no context, a single stretched scream that translates across plays, streams and memes, and it remains a quick shorthand for over the top excitement in the Brazilian LoL community.

Kami's UUOOOWWW shout from Legends of League is a short Brazilian League of Legends reaction scream used for hype, surprise and funny moments.
This is a very short, loud vocal burst lasting just over a second, built around Kami stretching out a high energy UUOOOWWW cry. The pitch rises fast, the delivery is raw and unfiltered, and there is no music or background effect to soften it. That makes it land like an instant reaction rather than a line of dialogue. Viewers hear it as pure excitement mixed with disbelief, the kind of noise someone makes when a play goes completely right or suddenly goes wrong. Its brevity is the point, it hits, peaks, and ends before the moment passes.
