SMG4 is a long running Australian web series created by Luke Lerdwichagul that builds comedy sketches around video game characters and internet culture. Its MrBeast parodies rename him Mister Yeast, twisting his challenge and giveaway persona into an absurd food pun. Clips like this one spread through meme soundboards and fan edits because the name alone signals the joke, even without video. It remains popular for quick parody intros where creators want viewers to instantly think of overblown YouTube challenges.

A short SMG4 meme clip parodying MrBeast as Mister Yeast, used for joke intros, fake challenge reveals, and silly edits in YouTube videos online.
This is a brief three second voice clip from the SMG4 universe playing on MrBeast with the joke name Mister Yeast. The line is delivered in a loud, over the top announcer style, exaggerating the energy of a big challenge video intro. That contrast between the familiar name and the silly yeast twist is what makes it land as a punchline. Editors drop it in when a normal introduction feels too serious, turning a small moment into a mock epic reveal that viewers instantly recognise as a parody.
