Neco-Arc is the cat-eared joke character from Type-Moon's Tsukihime visual novel and its Melty Blood fighting games, a parody of the heroine Arcueid who became one of anime fandom's most enduring memes through early 2000s fan culture and viral clips like the Melty Blood opening chant. This tiny voice snippet circulates on soundboards as a ready-made punchline, detached from any specific scene, and editors use it the way they use other Neco-Arc audio memes: a one-second burst of cute chaos that only works because the character is already famous.

A short Neco-Arc meme voice clip of the Tsukihime cat girl's goofy 'wuden u' line, used by editors for chaotic punchlines, jumpscare jokes and meme edits.
This is the unmistakable high-pitched Neco-Arc voice saying the odd little 'wuden u' line, delivered in the hyperactive deadpan of Type-Moon's cat-eared mascot. The delivery is quick and chirpy, barely a second long, with the cartoonish nasal tone that makes the character instantly recognisable even out of context. Dropped into an edit, it works like a burst of pure nonsense energy: it undercuts dramatic moments, punctuates a sight gag, and signals to viewers that the joke is deliberately stupid in the best way. Fans of anime memes hear it and immediately picture the tiny white cat girl grinning.
