Neco Arc is the small, cat-eared parody version of Arcueid Brunestud from Type-Moon's Tsukihime and its Melty Blood fighting game spin-off, known for exaggerated, high-pitched voice lines that contrast sharply with the original character's serious tone. Short clips of those lines began circulating in anime meme edits and soundboards, where the absurd delivery made them easy to reuse as reaction sounds. The Gah Woo clip survives because it is instantly recognisable, extremely short, and flexible enough to fit almost any moment of sudden excitement or comic chaos.

Neco Arc's short, high-pitched Gah Woo vocal from Melty Blood, used in memes and edits as a sudden burst of excitement or chaos in reaction clips.
Neco Arc's Gah Woo is a brief, squeaky vocal burst that sounds like a tiny, hyperactive cat girl suddenly shouting with delight. The voice jumps up in pitch, lands on the drawn-out woo, and cuts off instantly, leaving a feeling of manic energy and playful absurdity. Because it is so short and so distinctive, it works as a punchline on its own, instantly signalling that something silly, chaotic or unexpectedly cute has just happened. Viewers tend to recognise it immediately, even out of context, and the sudden shift from quiet to loud makes it perfect for highlighting a surprise reveal, a failed attempt or a character acting unhinged.
