Omaru Polka debuted in 2020 as part of Hololive's fifth generation of VTubers, building a following with chaotic comedy streams and loud, expressive reactions. Kusooooo comes from kuso, a blunt Japanese exclamation used when something goes wrong, and fans clipped her stretched delivery as a standalone reaction. It spread through VTuber fan edits and soundboards alongside other short anime voice memes like Tuturu and Yamate Kudesai. Its appeal lasts because one word, delivered at full volume, works across games, anime edits and everyday fails without needing translation or setup for the joke.

Omaru Polka from Hololive shouts an elongated kusooooo in frustration. Creators drop this VTuber voice clip into anime fails, rage moments and reaction edits.
This clip captures Hololive VTuber Omaru Polka yelling kusooooo, a drawn out version of the Japanese swear kuso, roughly meaning damn it. Her voice stretches the final syllable in an exaggerated, squeaky burst that sounds more theatrical than genuinely angry. The delivery turns a moment of failure or annoyance into pure comedy, because the frustration is loud, prolonged and impossible to miss. Viewers instantly read it as an over the top reaction to a mistake, a bad roll or an unfair game moment, which makes the sound land even without any visual context.
