SMD Longer by Aki circulates on user generated soundboards as an extended alternative to the shorter SMD clip, with this version running 29 seconds. The 'longer' naming reflects a common online pattern where popular meme sounds are reuploaded in extended form so editors do not have to loop them manually. Shared for its drawn out payoff, it is used in meme edits, reaction posts and short videos where stretching a familiar sound makes the moment feel more absurd.

SMD Longer by Aki is an extended 29 second version of the short original clip, used for meme edits, reaction videos and comedic timing on soundboards.
This extended cut of the SMD sound stretches the original short clip into a 29 second run that keeps building instead of cutting off early. The longer timing changes the joke, letting the sound sit awkwardly over a scene while the tension and absurdity grow. Viewers expect a quick punchline but get a drawn out version that feels more exaggerated with every second. It works as a deliberate overcommitment to a bit, making ordinary footage, fails and reaction moments seem more dramatic and ridiculous simply because the audio refuses to end when it should.
