Snowball first appeared as a contestant in Battle for Dream Island, the animated web series created by Cary and Michael Huang that premiered on YouTube in 2010. The character returned in later seasons Battle for BFB and The Power of Two, where his short temper and competitive outbursts became a running gag. Clips of his screams were isolated by fans and shared as standalone effects for edits and soundboards, with alternate takes like this one circulating separately because each yell has a slightly different pitch and timing.

Snowball screaming sound effect from BFDI, BFB and TPOT, featuring the character's loud yell used for funny fails, rage moments and meme edits.
This is a short, high pitched scream from Snowball, the tough and competitive contestant from Battle for Dream Island. The alt version captures his voice cracking into a panicked yell that lasts just over two seconds, starting sharp and quickly fading out. It does not sound calm or heroic, which is exactly why it lands as comedy. Placed over a character falling, losing or overreacting, the scream instantly exaggerates the moment and makes a minor failure feel dramatic, silly and much funnier for the viewer watching the edit.
