The title combines a cat meow with the idea of Sonic speed, and the Danny's Trash label appears to be the uploader tag from the original soundboard post rather than a film or show credit. No clear movie source is attached to this version, so its life is mainly online as a short meme effect. Clips like this spread because the sound is instantly readable even on mute captions, works at low volume, and can turn pets, game avatars and reaction shots into a quick speed joke.

A short cat meow pitched up with a fast Sonic-style zoom effect, used as a silly reaction sound for pet videos, game fails and meme edits online.
This clip takes a single cat meow and stretches it into a cartoon dash sound, with a rising pitch and a quick whoosh that makes it feel like the animal is rocketing past the camera. The meow stays clear and cute at the start, then turns squeaky and exaggerated as the speed effect kicks in. It lands as a playful punchline rather than a realistic animal noise, which is why editors use it to turn a normal jump, run or sudden exit into something that feels fast, silly and impossible to take seriously in short videos.
