Sr Pelo is a Mexican animator and YouTuber known for fast, chaotic parody cartoons such as Mokey's Show and the Spooky Month series, where exaggerated voices and sudden laughs are part of the humour. Short clips of his reactions are frequently cut out and reused on soundboards and in edits, separate from the original videos. This one spread as a quick funny laugh reaction for moments that are meant to be ironic or overplayed, and its brevity keeps it popular for memes, streams and short form videos online today.

Sr Pelo saying that's hilarious followed by his exaggerated laugh, a short reaction clip from the animator used for funny moments and meme edits.
This is a short reaction clip of Sr Pelo delivering the line that's hilarious in a deadpan then over the top way before breaking into loud, wheezy laughter. The delivery is fast, high pitched and deliberately exaggerated, with the laugh taking over almost immediately after the words. It lasts only a couple of seconds, so the punchline lands instantly without any setup. Viewers recognise the timing from meme edits where something is presented as funnier than it is, and the forced laugh makes the moment feel both sarcastic and genuinely silly at the same time.
