According to the clip's original listing, this sound comes from an SMG4 video, where the channel's fast, absurdist comedy style turned a simple button gag into a shareable moment. SMG4's YouTube videos often remix game characters and internet humour into exaggerated sketches, and short audio grabs from those sketches travel well beyond the original episode. Fans reuse this button moment because it is instantly recognisable as a setup-and-payoff joke, even without the visuals, and it fits neatly into edits, streams and reaction clips.

A SMG4-inspired meme clip built around the heavenly nut button joke, used by creators to punctuate a reaction or punchline in edits and streams.
The Heavenly Nut Button is a brief, punchy meme clip that turns a simple button press into an absurd, heavenly payoff. It opens with the setup of someone reaching for the button, then lands with a heightened, cartoonish burst of sound that feels deliberately overblown for such a small action. That contrast is the joke: the grand, almost sacred reaction makes an everyday meme moment feel ridiculous and satisfying at once. Played at full volume, it works as a sudden release after a build-up, giving viewers a clear signal that something gloriously silly has just happened.
