About this sound

JP saying gonna chorg followed by exaggerated gawk gawk noises, a short absurd meme clip used for over the top reaction jokes, edits and videos.

This short clip features JP delivering the line gonna chorg in an excited, exaggerated voice before launching into loud gawk gawk noises. The delivery is intentionally ridiculous, stretching the sounds out and making the whole moment feel chaotic and over the top. There is no music or background build up, just the raw vocal performance landing as a sudden punchline. It works because the phrasing makes little sense on its own, so viewers focus on the energy and timing instead. The abrupt start and noisy finish make it easy to drop into a video as an instant comedic shock.

Pro tip

Place the clip right after a character brags or spots food, letting gonna chorg land on the cut and the gawk gawk sounds play over a zoom in. Keep the original volume loud and avoid adding music underneath, which dulls the shock.

How people use it

Drop it when a character sees food they desperately want.
Use it over an exaggerated eating scene for comic effect.
Play it after a bold claim to mock sudden overconfidence.
Add it to reaction edits when someone dives in recklessly.

The gawk gawk wording already had slang recognition on social media, which helped new listeners understand the joke instantly even without knowing JP or the original recording behind this particular version at all.
