Corki is a yordle pilot champion in League of Legends, the long-running team-based battle arena game from Riot Games, where players choose a champion before each match begins. Short pick sounds from champion select have long been shared by players as quick audio memes, because other fans recognise the moment instantly without needing any gameplay footage. This clip survives in edits and streams for that reason: it signals a familiar draft choice, a favourite champion and a match about to start, all in just a brief burst of audio.
About this sound
The short League of Legends champion select sound that plays when Corki is picked, used by creators for gaming edits, streams and funny pick moments.
The clip captures the brief moment a player locks in Corki in League of Legends, with a crisp announcer-style cue marking the pick and cutting cleanly before any longer gameplay audio begins. It is short, punchy and instantly recognisable to League players, who hear it as confirmation that the daring yordle pilot is heading to the Rift. In edits it works as a quick beat of excitement or commitment, signalling that a choice has been made and there is no going back. Its brevity makes it easy to drop over a highlight, a draft reveal or a reaction without drowning out commentary.
