Listed under a French title meaning Megu horror scream, this clip circulated in Five Nights at Freddy's fan spaces where short scream effects are shared for edits and pranks. Its search history around horror scream suggests many listeners find it without knowing the exact source, looking for a generic but intense cry. That anonymity helped it spread beyond one scene, as creators reuse the same recording for jumpscares, horror compilations and reaction memes where the FNAF connection adds instant context for fans of scary games.
About this sound
A chilling FNAF horror scream associated with Megu, featuring a sharp terrifying cry used for jumpscares, scary edits and horror meme videos.
This sound is a piercing horror scream linked to Five Nights at Freddy's and the name Megu, lasting just over eight seconds. It starts with a raw, high pitched cry that sounds panicked and distorted, like a character reacting to a sudden jumpscare. The intensity and slight echo make it feel unnatural rather than like a normal human scream. Viewers instantly read it as danger or shock, which is why creators use it to punctuate frightening reveals, fake scares and tense moments that need an immediate emotional jolt without any dialogue or explanation needed at all.
