About this sound

Ed Banana shouting Vaaaiii in this short clip from Melhores do Mundo, a drawn out go cry used for funny reactions, edits and WhatsApp audios.

This is a two second voice clip of Ed Banana yelling Vaaaiii, stretching the Portuguese word for go into one long, high energy shout. The delivery is exaggerated and theatrical, rising in excitement as if cheering someone on or urging them to run. Because the vowel is held for so long, the sound feels both motivational and absurd at the same time. Listeners instantly hear urgency, encouragement and comedy in a single burst, which makes the clip land even without any visual context from the original sketch.

Pro tip

Place the shout right as a character starts running, jumps or charges toward something, letting the long vowel stretch over the movement. Keep music low underneath and cut to black or the next scene the moment the yell ends for a clean punchline.

How people use it

Drop it when a friend finally starts a race
Use it to hype a goal in football edits
Add it before a character runs from danger
Send it in WhatsApp to cheer someone on
