Expunged is a character from Dave and Bambi, a fan-made Friday Night Funkin' mod built around the original characters Dave and Bambi. Known for his distorted three-dimensional appearance and unsettling presence, Expunged became a fan favourite through gameplay videos, fan art and short edits shared online. Voicelines like this one are clipped from the mod and reused outside the game, where they work as shorthand for his strange, unpredictable personality. Because the character is so visually and vocally distinctive, even a few seconds of his voice is instantly recognisable to players and viewers familiar with the mod.
About this sound
A short Expunged voiceline from the Friday Night Funkin' mod Dave and Bambi, used in fan edits, memes and videos for an unsettling reveal from the character.
This is a brief voiceline from Expunged, the unsettling antagonist of the Dave and Bambi mod for Friday Night Funkin'. Delivered in a distorted, glitchy voice that sounds both playful and threatening, the clip cuts through a video with an abrupt, uncanny energy. It works because Expunged is not a normal opponent: his warped appearance and unpredictable behaviour make even a short line feel like a warning. Heard on its own, the sound is strange and memorable, which is why fans reuse it to signal that something weird, dangerous or funny is about to happen next.
