His voice jumps from mock outrage to delighted disbelief, stretched across the repeated phrase with a theatrical, teasing bite. The delivery is pure streamer energy: loud, playful and dripping with petty drama. It lands like a verbal eye-roll aimed at a backstabbing friend, a cheating NPC or an unfair game moment, and its sing-song repetition makes it instantly quotable in short-form edits and reaction videos.
