The clip comes from My Talking Angela 2, the virtual pet game released in 2021 where players feed, dress and care for the cat character Angela. Feeding moments in the game use exaggerated cartoon chewing audio, and this high-quality rip captures one of those funny eating takes, recorded while Angela eats peaches. Short game sounds like this travel fast on meme pages, where they get reused far beyond their original context. It sits in the same comedy SFX family as the fart meme sound, another short gross-out clip creators reach for when a joke needs a gross laugh.
