Ultrakill is a fast paced retro shooter released in early access in 2020 by developer Hakita and publisher New Blood Interactive. Its archangel Gabriel became one of the game's most quoted figures thanks to theatrical boss encounters and a booming, distorted performance. Short taunt lines were clipped by players and shared across YouTube, TikTok and soundboards, where they work even without context. The fourth taunt in the series survives because the delivery alone signals a boss level threat, making it reusable for gaming edits far beyond Ultrakill itself.
About this sound
Gabriel Taunt 4 is a sharp voice line from the archangel in Ultrakill, used for taunting rivals in edits, gaming clips and online reaction memes.
A three second taunt from Gabriel, the archangel antagonist in Ultrakill, delivered in a deep, distorted and commanding voice. The line cuts in with sudden authority, clipped and theatrical, like a boss announcing judgment before a fight. It feels less like trash talk and more like a verdict, which is why it lands so hard over gameplay footage. Played on its own it creates instant tension and dark comedy, turning an ordinary moment into a dramatic confrontation where the speaker sounds completely certain of victory and utterly dismissive of anyone standing in his way.
