Golden is the signature song of HUNTR/X, the fictional K-pop group at the centre of the 2025 Netflix animated film KPop Demon Hunters. Performed by EJAE, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami as the voices of Rumi, Mira and Zoey, it became a breakout hit beyond the film, topping charts and inspiring countless fan edits, dance covers and singalongs. Its message of embracing a golden, confident self helped it travel far past its original audience, and the chorus remains a shorthand for triumph, glamour and girl-group power in short-form video.
About this sound
Golden, the uplifting chorus from KPop Demon Hunters performed by HUNTR/X, is used in fan edits, glow-up montages and victory moments across social video.
Golden opens with bright, driving pop production before lifting into a soaring, anthemic chorus sung in unison, with layered harmonies, punchy drums and shimmering synths that make the hook feel triumphant and larger than life. The vocals are confident and emotional rather than playful, building steadily toward a celebratory peak that lands like a moment of victory. Even in a short clip, the energy is unmistakable, giving edits an instant sense of confidence, glamour and high-stakes drama that viewers feel immediately.
