This sound is an edit mashup rather than a standalone original track. It combines the transition feel of Disney's Gravity Falls with Playboi Carti's New Tank, a song from the 2020 album Whole Lotta Red. The format spread through short-form meme edits and fandom videos where a recognizable intro suddenly flips into a harder beat. It stays popular because the contrast is simple and immediate: viewers recognize the Gravity Falls setup, then get a fast, funny energy shift that suits character edits and parody trailers.
About this sound
A Gravity Falls intro transition mixed with Playboi Carti's New Tank, used in meme edits, fake anime openings and sudden beat-switch clips online.
This clip blends the familiar Gravity Falls intro transition with a cut into Playboi Carti's New Tank, creating a sharp, stylish switch that feels both nostalgic and chaotic. The sound starts with the recognizable TV-show vibe, then flips into a harder rap energy that instantly changes the mood of a video. Creators use it when they want a clean but funny transition, especially for character edits, ironic glow-ups or dramatic reveals. It works because the contrast is immediate, so viewers get the joke and the hype at the same time.
