Haganai, also known as Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai, is a Japanese light novel series adapted into an anime, with Rika Shiguma as one of its main characters. This clip captures one of her dramatic Excalibur moments, which fans lifted from the show and shared on soundboards and in short video edits. Because the line is brief, recognisable to anime fans and easy to drop over a reveal, it has kept circulating in meme and reaction edits long after the original broadcast, especially among viewers who enjoy Rika's eccentric, science-minded personality.
About this sound
Rika Shiguma's Excalibur line from Haganai is a short anime voice clip fans drop into dramatic reveals, over-the-top jokes and meme edits online.
This is Rika Shiguma's Excalibur moment from Haganai, a brief anime voice clip built around a single dramatic declaration. Her delivery is earnest and over-the-top, turning a familiar fantasy reference into something suddenly intense and funny at the same time. The short length makes it land instantly, without needing the full scene for context, and the contrast between her serious tone and the absurdity of shouting about Excalibur gives it a punchline quality. Used in edits, it can make an ordinary reveal feel epic, a joke feel bigger, or a reaction feel deliberately theatrical.
