The exact origin of this upload is unclear, as the title looks like user-generated soundboard slang rather than an official release. Clips labeled like this typically circulate as short, extra-loud memes passed between Discord servers, TikTok drafts and meme compilations, where volume is used as a punchline. With only a small view count, it reads as a niche upload rather than a mainstream viral hit. It survives because loud jumpscare audio is reusable, needing no context to startle a viewer and reset attention in fast edits.
About this sound
A loud distorted meme clip labeled Kim Jung Goon, used as a jumpscare blast in edits and pranks. Creators drop it for sudden punchlines and shock cuts.
This is a roughly fourteen second loud meme audio clip filed under the name Kim Jung Goon. It hits as an abrasive, overdriven blast with little dynamic range, the kind of maxed-out loudness people use for jumpscare edits. The texture is harsh and clipped, staying aggressive from start to finish rather than building to a punchline. On a viewer it creates an instant flinch response, then a laugh once the shock lands. It works because the volume itself is the joke, turning an ordinary cut into an exaggerated, chaotic moment.
