About this sound

A short voice clip of El Dun saying his iconic line 'Me encanta ser blanco'. A viral meme audio played in edits and reaction videos for ironic emphasis.

The clip is a two-second Spanish voice line in which El Dun delivers his signature phrase 'Me encanta ser blanco' with a flat, deadpan confidence that makes it land as a joke rather than a statement. The recording sounds like a raw soundboard grab, close-miked and slightly compressed, with the emphasis landing hard on the final word. Heard out of context it feels abrupt and provocative, which is exactly why meme editors use it: the bluntness grabs attention, the deadpan delivery undercuts the words, and the short runtime lets it punctuate a cut without derailing the scene.

Pro tip

Drop it right on the reveal frame, such as the moment a character picks the plain white option, and cut the music underneath so the deadpan line lands alone. Keep it at full volume once per edit; repeating it dulls the shock.

How people use it

Editors play it when a character chooses the basic white outfit.
Streamers drop it after a joke about plain vanilla choices.
It punctuates a clip of someone picking the default skin.
Creators use it to roast a friend's boring minimalist setup.

More information

The line comes from El Dun, whose fans know 'Me encanta ser blanco' as his mythical catchphrase, and the published soundboard description identifies the clip exactly that way. Beyond that, no verified origin, year or platform is documented, so the page treats it as a circulating meme audio rather than a sourced quote. It spread through short meme edits and reaction videos, where the deadpan delivery made it a reusable punchline, and it now survives as a downloadable meme mp3 shared between soundboard apps.
