The clip comes from Nerdcast, the long-running Brazilian pop-culture podcast created by Jovem Nerd hosts Alexandre Ottoni and Deive Pazos. Episode 356, titled Consultas, exames e check ups, was built around the comedy of medical appointments, check-ups and embarrassing exams, and the episode's own metadata credits the full panel of regulars. Short, quotable moments like this one circulate among Brazilian fans as reaction audio for doctor and health jokes, and the testicular ultrasound bit endures because almost everyone has a story about dreading an awkward exam.
