Neco Arc is the cat-like parody version of Arcueid from Type-Moon's Tsukihime and Melty Blood, a character who became a meme star through fan art, fighting-game clips and anime parody videos. The phrase muda muda is best known from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, where Dio Brando uses it as a rapid barrage cry during his stand attacks. Putting Neco Arc's squeaky voice over that famous JoJo chant turns a menacing villain line into a joke, which is why the clip keeps appearing in anime edits, gaming montages and soundboard spam.
About this sound
Neco Arc rapidly repeats muda muda in this short anime meme clip, a playful JoJo-style barrage cry used for spam attacks, edits and reaction moments.
This is a rapid-fire barrage cry delivered in Neco Arc's high-pitched, cartoonish voice, with the word muda repeated again and again at breakneck speed for just over a second. It sounds frantic, silly and oddly aggressive at the same time, like a tiny cat character trying to sound like a legendary villain while barely keeping up with her own shouting. The joke lands because the delivery is so over-the-top and compressed, turning a dramatic anime attack chant into pure meme energy. Played over a clip, it instantly makes an action feel chaotic, desperate or comically overpowered.
