Neco-Arc is a joke cat counterpart of Arcueid Brunestud, created for Type-Moon's Tsukihime universe and best known to many fans through the Melty Blood fighting games. Her exaggerated, nonsensical behaviour made her a favourite for memes, fan art and short edit clips, where a single strange vocalisation can stand in for her whole personality. The niiin sound circulates in that meme context, shared as a reaction noise for chaotic, cute or deliberately confusing moments. Its brevity keeps it easy to reuse, and its recognisable link to Neco-Arc gives even a one-second edit an instant in-joke for fans.
About this sound
Neco-Arc's short niiin vocal sound from Melty Blood, used in memes and edits to add a silly, chaotic cat-like reaction to an unexpected funny moment.
This is a very short, high-pitched vocal burst from Neco-Arc, the chaotic cat version of Arcueid from the Tsukihime and Melty Blood universe. It sounds like a stretched, squeaky niiin that rises and then cuts off abruptly, almost like a cartoon cat yelp mixed with a playful taunt. Because it is so brief and odd, it lands as a punchline rather than a line of dialogue, instantly making a clip feel sillier, more unhinged, or deliberately absurd. Viewers who recognise Neco-Arc hear her mischievous energy in that single noise, while everyone else just hears something weird enough to laugh at.
