Glue70 is a British producer known for sample based vaporwave and lo-fi tracks built from chopped soul, funk and internet audio, and Casin is one of his most shared songs. This version adds MC Nego Bam, a Brazilian funk vocalist, whose repeated phrases became a recognisable hook in remixes and edits shared online. The collision of Brazilian vocals with a washed out vaporwave beat helped the clip travel beyond music pages into meme soundboards, where the full loop is reused as a background sound rather than a short effect.
About this sound
The Negobam Vaporwave remix of glue70's Casin featuring MC Nego Bam, a lo-fi chopped vocal loop over a hazy beat used in edits and meme videos.
This is a vaporwave remix built around glue70's track Casin, reworked with a chopped vocal performance from Brazilian MC Nego Bam. The beat is slowed, hazy and loop driven, with soft synths, a muffled low end and the vocal repeating in a hypnotic, slightly off kilter rhythm. Instead of a sharp drop, the clip drifts and swirls, giving scenes a dreamy, ironic and oddly nostalgic feeling. It works less like a punchline and more like an atmosphere, instantly turning ordinary footage into something surreal, late night and meme aware.
