Nick Eh 30 is the online name of Canadian Fortnite creator Nicholas Amyoony, known for family friendly streams on Twitch and YouTube. His regular stream intro became recognisable among Fortnite viewers, and low quality reuploads began circulating as a joke version of that opening. The distorted copy spread through meme edits, Discord servers and soundboards, where the poor audio itself signals irony. It remains popular because fans know the reference instantly, while viewers unfamiliar with the streamer still understand the gag of a hyped entrance presented in deliberately terrible quality.
About this sound
The low quality Nick Eh 30 intro sound from the Fortnite streamer, used in memes and edits whenever someone wants an intentionally distorted stream opening.
This is the familiar Nick Eh 30 stream intro rendered in deliberately low quality, so the music and voice elements sound muffled, compressed and slightly distorted. The drop in fidelity is the joke, turning a polished, energetic opening into something that feels like it was recorded through an old phone. Viewers instantly recognise the streamer reference, but the crunchy audio makes the moment feel ironic and low effort. It works best when the entrance is supposed to be impressive, because the poor sound quality undercuts it and creates an immediate comedic contrast.
