The precise original recording and speaker are not reliably documented. Online, the clip is recognized by the French phrase “Oh, un petit poney,” meaning “Oh, a little pony.” Its compact length and enthusiastic delivery helped it circulate as a reusable reaction audio for pony footage, cute-animal edits, and visual reveals. It remains useful because the emotion is immediately understandable, while the French wording gives an ordinary expression of surprise a distinctive and memorable character.
