Raora Panthera is an English speaking VTuber with Hololive who debuted in 2024 as part of the Justice generation, known for her panther and artist persona and playful Italian accented delivery. The oiia chant itself comes from a wider viral spinning cat meme where a simple vocal loop is paired with rotating cat images. Raora's version spread through short clips and fan edits because her high voice fits the meme perfectly, turning a fandom in joke into a reusable reaction sound for cute and absurd moments.
About this sound
Hololive VTuber Raora Panthera repeats a high pitched spinning cat chant in this short clip, used for cute reactions, pet memes and looping edits.
This clip features Raora Panthera delivering the repetitive oiia oiia chant in a bright, high pitched voice that loops almost like a tiny siren. The syllables bounce quickly with little pauses, turning a simple cat like noise into a hypnotic rhythm. Because Raora is presented as a small chibi cat version of the Hololive VTuber, the sound feels extra playful and mischievous. Viewers usually hear it as pure brain rot humour, the kind of cute nonsense that gets funnier the longer it repeats and sticks in your head.
