Listed under TikTok trends, Ooo Skinny circulates as a short reaction audio for visual jokes about thinness rather than as a song or dialogue quote from a known work. The existing description frames it around skinny vs dead relative comparisons, a darkly comic edit format where an extremely slim person or character is jokingly compared to a deceased relative in old photos. Creators reuse the clip because the vocal tone does the work without explanation, letting a still image or quick cut carry the humor across reposts and remixes.
About this sound
The Ooo Skinny sound effect is a playful TikTok reaction clip used to tease someone for looking very thin, often paired with dead relative comparison edits.
Ooo Skinny is a short vocal reaction built around a drawn out, teasing ooo followed by the word skinny delivered in a mock impressed tone. The delivery is light, a little sarcastic, and instantly reads as a joke about someone looking extremely slim. It lands like a playful callout rather than a mean insult, which is why editors drop it over before and after photos, outfit checks, and exaggerated transformations. The contrast between the sing song opening and the flat punchline makes the moment feel bigger, turning a simple visual gag into a shareable reaction.
