Party Hips comes from Fortnite, where it is the music for the Party Hips emote, a dance that players can trigger in the lobby or after a match. As with many Fortnite emotes, the track spread through gameplay videos, stream highlights and short-form edits, where the instantly recognisable dance became a shorthand for celebrating or showing off. It remains popular because the short, upbeat loop fits meme edits, victory montages and dance compilations without needing any context from the game itself.
About this sound
Party Hips is the upbeat Fortnite emote audio for the hip-shaking dance, widely used in gaming edits, funny clips and victory moments online.
Party Hips is a short, high-energy dance track from Fortnite that plays during the Party Hips emote, built around a bouncy, funky rhythm and a playful groove that instantly signals a character is about to dance. The beat is bright and punchy, with a looping feel that makes the hip-shaking animation look funnier and more exaggerated, turning a simple victory or lobby moment into a lighthearted celebration. It sounds cheeky rather than serious, so viewers immediately expect comedy, confidence or a well-timed joke, making it ideal for short clips where the music alone sets the mood before any action happens.
