This clip circulated as a user-uploaded meme sound rather than as a widely documented scene from a film or television show, so its exact original recording is not clearly established. Its appeal comes from the named character Rouge delivering an unexpectedly blunt observation, which makes it easy to lift into short videos, reaction edits and soundboard jokes. It sits alongside other crude bodily-humor clips such as fart with reverb, and it remains in use because the line is short, instantly understandable and reliably startling in quiet moments.
About this sound
A comedic voice clip where Rouge remarks on how loudly someone is urinating, used as a crude reaction sound in meme edits and funny short videos.
The clip is a short spoken reaction in which Rouge points out, with exaggerated surprise, just how loud someone is urinating. The delivery is blunt and comedic rather than graphic, with the humour coming from the awkward observation and the speaker's disbelieving tone. It lands as a punchline on its own, but it also works as an interruption that makes an ordinary bathroom moment sound absurdly conspicuous. Listeners recognise it instantly as a crude joke sound, the kind that gets replayed because the phrasing is so direct and unexpected.
