About this sound

A drawn-out, high-pitched voice clip saying pookieeeee, the playful TikTok nickname for a crush or best friend, used for cute edits and joke flirting.

This clip stretches the word pookie into a long, squeaky pookieeeee, delivered in an exaggerated cute voice that keeps rising and dragging out the final syllables. It sounds affectionate, silly and a little bit unhinged, like someone greeting their favourite person with maximum drama. The length of the drawl is the joke itself, turning a simple pet name into a full performance. Viewers instantly read it as playful flirting or ironic best friend energy, which makes the sound land even when it is dropped over completely unrelated footage.

Pro tip

Place the pookieeeee right as a character looks at the camera or a cute photo appears, letting the full drawl play without cutting it early. Pair it with a slow zoom and pink text, and avoid music underneath that masks the rising pitch.

More information

Pookie became a popular online pet name on TikTok and other short video platforms, where users call partners, crushes and close friends pookie as an affectionate joke. The elongated pookieeeee version leans into that trend, stretching the nickname until it becomes absurd and memeable. It spread through edits, duets and reaction clips alongside other rizz sounds and cute voice trends, often captioned over pets, celebrities or fictional characters. Its appeal stays simple: everyone understands the mock serious flirting, even without knowing a specific original video or creator behind it.
