Raichu is the evolved form of Pikachu and one of the most recognizable Electric type Pokemon from the long running anime and games. This clip circulates online under the joke title fishception, a mashup suggesting a fish gag folded inside another gag, and it is shared mainly on soundboards as a short, context free punchline. Its appeal is not a famous quote but the randomness of pairing Raichu with an unrelated fish premise, which makes it reusable in edits where the humor depends on confusion rather than recognition of a specific scene.
About this sound
A short Pokemon anime clip of Raichu in a surreal fish moment from Black and White, used as a random sound effect in edits, memes and reaction videos.
This ten second clip centers on Raichu in an odd, fish focused moment that feels like a joke layered over a normal Pokemon scene. The audio plays as a quick burst of anime silliness rather than a dramatic line, with the humor coming from how unexpected the context is for an Electric type mouse. Listeners drop it in for the instant confusion it creates, turning a plain reaction or transition into something deliberately absurd and hard to predict for viewers watching a Pokemon edit or meme compilation.
