The line comes from DreamWorks Animation's Home (2015), the buddy adventure of Oh, a friendly Boov alien, and Tip Tucci. In the film Oh falls in love with human treats like slushies and coins his own word, Slushious, blending slushie and delicious. Clipped from that scene, the audio became a favorite on meme soundboards for its cute mispronunciation. It spread through funny food videos and animated edits, and it endures because it is short, instantly cheerful and perfect for any sweet or icy treat moment.
About this sound
Oh the Boov from DreamWorks Home (2015) asks Slushious in his chirpy alien voice. Creators play it over tasty drinks, desserts and cute food reveals.
The clip captures Oh, the lovable purple Boov alien from DreamWorks Home, tilting his head and asking Slushious with a bright, rising lilt. His voice is high, chirpy and slightly wobbly, stretching the word as if he just invented it to describe the perfect slushie. It sounds playful and innocent, the kind of mispronounced English that made his character so endearing. Hearing it instantly feels light and silly, bringing a smile because it turns a simple frozen drink into a tiny moment of alien wonder and childlike delight.
