Lord X is a character associated with the wider Sonic.EXE horror fandom, a fan-driven scene that grew online through creepypasta stories, fangames and edited videos. This laugh is commonly passed around as a reaction and horror audio clip for villain edits, glitch posts and spooky gaming memes. Its staying power comes from how quickly it signals corrupted Sonic-style horror to viewers who know the fandom. The sound is still used because it is short, dramatic and easy to layer over reveals, red static and creepy gameplay moments.
About this sound
A creepy laugh associated with Lord X from Sonic.EXE fan content, often used in horror edits, gaming memes and villain reveal clips.
This clip is the unsettling laugh linked with Lord X, a sinister Sonic.EXE-style character from fan-made horror content. The vocal sounds deep, drawn out and taunting, with a distorted edge that makes it feel predatory rather than playful. It instantly gives a scene a darker mood, whether it is dropped over a jumpscare, a fake transformation or a villain entrance. Because the laugh is short and recognizable, creators use it to make ordinary gameplay moments feel cursed, dramatic or intentionally over-the-top in a horror meme way.
