Hugo Sousa, a Portuguese stand-up comedian, staged a special roast of Bruno de Carvalho — the outspoken former president of Sporting Clube de Portugal — at Porto's Super Bock Arena, mixing comedy with a limited set of musical numbers. This 22-second excerpt is one of those stage songs, lifted from the live show. Passed around afterwards by fans of Portuguese comedy and football banter, it earned a second life online as a short, recognisable sting for videos riffing on club drama and big arena comedy nights.
About this sound
A 22-second music clip from Hugo Sousa's roast of Bruno de Carvalho at Porto's Super Bock Arena. Fans use it as a comedy intro or football banter sting.
This 22-second clip bottles a musical moment from Hugo Sousa's live roast of Bruno de Carvalho at Porto's Super Bock Arena, where the Portuguese comedian turned football drama into stage comedy. The excerpt plays like a cheeky show interlude: bright, theatrical and timed for laughs, carrying the electricity of a packed arena in on the joke. Dropped into a video, it instantly sets a playful, slightly mischievous mood, the kind of sound that tells viewers not to take the next few seconds too seriously. It works because it feels live, local and unapologetically Portuguese in its humour.
