The exact recording behind this super soak clip is not documented, so it circulates online mainly as a reusable water spray effect rather than a quote from a film or show. Its length is what made it useful, since most splash sounds end in a second while this one can cover an entire soaking gag. Creators pass it around in meme edits, prank compilations and game videos whenever a character gets hit by a hose, water blaster or sudden downpour and the joke needs time to build.
About this sound
An eight second super soak sound effect of a powerful water spray soaking its target, used for prank edits, splash reveals and summer fight scenes.
This clip captures a long, forceful burst of spraying water that builds quickly and keeps soaking for several seconds. You hear the pressurised hiss of the jet, the splatter as it hits, and smaller drips running off at the end. Because the spray lasts a full eight seconds, it feels less like a quick splash and more like someone is getting completely drenched. Viewers instantly read it as playful punishment, which makes the moment land as a joke even before anyone reacts on screen.
