Sewer Gators is the fictional American paranormal investigation series featured in Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, released by Capcom in 2017. Its crew are the focus of the Derelict House videotape, exploring the Dulvey property before the main story begins. The title became a standalone joke outside the game because the formal Tonight on framing clashes with the low rent name and its grim horror setting. Clips and edits reuse the intro to present ordinary filthy places like prestige television, which keeps the line circulating among horror game fans.
About this sound
Tonight on Sewer Gators sound effect from Resident Evil 7, the fictional paranormal TV show intro line used as a dramatic or gross reveal meme.
This short clip is a TV announcer style voice line delivering the title of the fictional paranormal show Sewer Gators from Resident Evil 7. It is spoken with the polished serious tone of a prime time documentary intro, which makes the silly name land even harder. There is no music or action behind it, just the clean presentational delivery building to the reveal. Viewers instantly read it as the start of something messy or ill advised, so it works as a fake episode opening that sets up a disgusting discovery, a bad idea, or a chaotic scene about to unfold.
