This clip circulates as a user uploaded soundboard effect rather than a confirmed quote from a named anime or film. Its file metadata lists the title as Tremor 3 and credits a voice changer effects source, which explains the wobbling, artificial pitch. Short yell sounds like this spread because they work without context, fitting gaming fails, anime edits and reaction videos equally well. The drawn out vowel spelling in its title also makes it searchable as a scream reaction, keeping it in use for quick shock and pain jokes online.
About this sound
A short Tremor vocal clip shouting uuhhoooaaaahh in a stretched, distorted yell. Creators use it as a shock, pain or overreaction sound effect.
Tremor Say Uuhhoooaaaahh is a very brief processed voice clip built around one stretched yell that rises and wobbles as if the speaker is shaking. The sound starts abruptly, stretches the vowel into a long uuhh and ooo before bursting into an open aaahh, with a distorted tremor effect that makes it feel unstable and cartoonish. At just over half a second it lands like a sudden jolt rather than a full scream. Listeners hear shock, pain and panic compressed into a single exaggerated reaction that feels more funny than frightening.
