Valorant Champions is Riot Games' annual world championship for its tactical shooter Valorant, and the 2023 edition brought the world's best teams to Los Angeles for the season finale. Short clips from the event, including its anthemic broadcast music, quickly spread among fans and creators who wanted to recreate that big-stage feeling in their own videos. Years later, the sound still works because it is instantly tied to high-stakes competitive Valorant, not just to one match or moment.
About this sound
The Valorant Champions 2023 theme sound from Riot's esports tournament, used in montages, clutch clips and hype edits to mark a big competitive moment.
The twenty-second Valorant Champions 2023 clip captures the high-energy atmosphere of Riot Games' biggest competitive event, with a driving, anthemic sound that builds tension before landing on a bold, celebratory peak. It feels loud, confident and made for a big reveal, which is why it works so well over gameplay: the rising energy makes a clutch, an ace or a tournament-style intro feel larger than life. Even for viewers who do not follow professional Valorant, the polished, arena-ready production instantly signals that something important is about to happen.
